Hello Patrons!
Release A5 fixes some Spice bugs where some spice effects would not apply once an attribute was maxed out.
Also, I'm using this opportunity to bring the movie theater into the game , along with a cosmetic upgrade to Oliver's laptop (Thanks to LaFouine for the contribution!)
Some of you might have noticed, spamming spice is expensive so for maximum effect, here are a few tips:
- Stick to a once a day dosage for your chosen characters
- Feed Olivia at Home, whenever you feed her elsewhere she costs you the price of two meals. (yours and hers)
- PM me when your funds are low, I'll wire a student load to Oliver!
Funky-Spice is a slow growth game, so its ok to pace yourselves since there should not be any updates to the client until after the "Canadian Thanksgiving" so the "A5" saved games will stick for about a month.
As we work towards Beta, more distractions from the Main NPCs will appear, like the Theater, dates and some surprises I have not yet announced... They'll bring some instant gratification to the game while the main NPCs take their time growing.
I'll go back to Rendering for the next few days and there is a poll coming up so be sure to use that opportunity to guide my hand where it counts when it pops up!
