Animation status: Rise's valentines

Lately model updates have kept me very busy to properly focus on animations and it's been difficult for me to focus on animating when in the back of my mind I constantly feel like "I need to finish those models". But I am forcing myself here to find the will to finish these animations as well because I hate leaving so many projects unfinished, especially the ones I really wanted to do back when I started them.
Here's what I have so far.
Working on a new original opening scene, Originally this was just gonna start in the middle of the "act" but now I wanna add a bit more to it. Dunno if I really gonna go with this if it's gonna take me too long but I have an idea for it
"Updating" scenes
I added little things in old already rendered animations, things I've learnt over time since I started this project.

What do you think? Should I add the intro scene or just get straight to the act? No matter what, there will be a "proper" ending to it tho >:)
