Reward Rule - Changes to Reward WIPs

After careful consideration of the past couple of months, I've decided to add a limit to how many changes you are allowed to request to your rewards during the drawing process.

There's been situations where people have requested several changes to their reward, eating up time and preventing me from working on other requests. It's not fair on the other patrons if I'm forced to work on one for more time than it needed.

So, in order to ensure I'm able to work on everyone's reward without having to worry about the end of the month inching closer and closer, I'm limiting the number of changes you can request to 2. Edit (2nd of May 2020): These changes must be requested before the lineart phase.
