A Skeptic's Question: Is Astral Projection Internal or External?

It's a common question, especially from those who identify as "skeptics", about whether Astral projection actually takes place within the body or outside of it.

It's absolutely true that Astral projection involves actually leaving our bodies externally, but tell this to such people and their materialist mindset simply won't be able to compute.

You'll find increasing studies pointing towards the truth that consciousness may not actually just be in the brain (well done science, you're getting there!) and that in reality, consciousness exists everywhere in all things!

Therefore, during Astral projection, we do go outside of our body, but at the same time, we're also going within... it's a paradox.

Consciousness is NOT contained in our body, our body is contained IN consciousness ~ with this level of understanding, we NEVER leave our bodies, because consciousness IS our body, and consciousness is also the entire universe at the same time! As within, so without.

So next time someone doubtfully asks you if Astral projection actually involves leaving the body, you can tell them no, but that you'd still be able to visit another planet. Let them figure out that!

A frustrating but beautiful thing to get used to in universal truths is that they are FULL of paradoxes, and we can start to better understand these paradoxes when we get in touch with our multidimensional nature.

So you see, there is this common duality in perspectives; skeptics who have been arguing that you don't leave the body, and Astral projectors saying you do... both are CORRECT.

We need to move past a level of agreeing and disagreeing with each other and instead seek to understand.

Every perspective has an aspect of truth according to that level of understanding. We only disagree with someone when we are unable to understand their level of consciousness or perspective 🙏
