It has been brought to my attention that claiming the November release via the Itch.io links are giving errors along the line of . According to the forums on Itch it's a widespread issue with Patreon distribution. I don't know what's caused it. It could be a temporary glitch. Either way I've emailed both Itch and Patreon to see if they know of a fix or can find out what's happening. I do not expect replies to be quick though.
Do not worry if you can't claim the November release right now. On 1st of December I will send out a claim email so you can claim your reward on Itch via the link contained within.
In the meantime I'll see if this gets sorted and update this post with info I find out.
