January has been a hell of a month according to the news, let's see what February brings. Here's the usual rundown of updates for February.
Edit: Potential Poll changes, see below.
Molly was a fun sculpt and definitely helped scratch that Cyberpunk itch. Unfortunately with the month over she's no longer available but will be added to my Gumroad store on February 2nd and available at a 30% discount for patrons of all pledge levels. Molly turned out to be a fun print and I'm happy with the result overall, just wish I could get set up with a decent spray booth to avoid dust in the paint though.

Let's face it, some of the best mythology comes from Norse legends and it's safe to say that Vikings themselves have become almost mythological themselves. Gunnhild, the She-Wolf of the White Wastes is the winner of January's poll which means I'll be sculpting her throughout February and release her in March. I expect she'll be a fun sculpt with some challenging areas like the chain mail and fur trims. Naturally she'll be available in both SFW and NSFW versions.
The new addition taking her place is Claudia, a post-apocalyptic ranger styled after the Heavy Metal comics of the 80s.

I know it can be frustrating to not see your favourite concept get through and I'd like to try an experiment to see if we can get less of a spread on the voting options and potentially please more of you guys with the results. Democracy wants what it wants, but perhaps this idea might make things a little more pleasing in the long run.
After speaking to some of you on Discord, I'm proposing we drop to 3 poll options. So for March I won't add a new option to replace the winner, however I will rework the weakest piece (Ritual) to meet my more recent quality standard of the sketches and to add a little extra something to the sculpt and make it a bit more adventurous and that the edge that everyone seems to enjoy with my latest options.
Feel free to let me know your opinions on this - I'll be trialing it for March and the intention is to hopefully see more people happy with the results.
If we get to the stage we're at currently where one always loses out then I'm thinking I could potentially make that a Patreon Goal release rather than straight up replace it.
Autumn is finished and despite hand placing and detailing 250 individual leaves I managed to get her done in a record time for me. Another fun sculpt, I enjoyed working on her and it was nice to sculpt some natural environmental stuff too. She's a very easy print overall and didn't need much tidy up.
The content link will be dropped on February 3rd or after Patreon finishes it's billing cycle (whichever comes first)
She's available in SFW and NSFW versions as combined pieces, multi-part and with pre-supported STLs.
Please remember that the pre-supported files are experimental. I cannot guarantee perfect results for your printer, I only know that they worked perfectly fine for me on my Phrozen Shuffle with ParaLED 2 upgrade, using Ameralabs AMD3 resin at 2 second exposure time at 30um (for the figure) and 3 second exposure time at 50um (for the base). You will need to add your own vent holes before printing with them.

The rest of the content is all done and will be available on February 3rd. This includes the usual renders that accompany the monthly model and all the work in progress shots compiled together as well as high res versions of the poll sketches.
So a few of you guys in the Discord server already know I'm off on holiday in the good ol' US of A for a road trip. I'll be heading out on July 28th and getting back August 12th. I'll have no problem delivering August's model, however I might not be able to make September in time with only 2 weeks and full time work making it unlikely.
For September I'll be releasing a re-engineered and finished diorama of my old/alternate version of Molly, along with a bust. Should tie in nicely with the delayed release of Cyberpunk 2077 and will make a nice dynamic action model with an accompanying character to round it out. Below is a quick render of the intended scene that I never managed to finish.

I'll have to do a few things to make her printable like increase the thickness of the jacket (by likely adding a liner to the inside), Increase the thickness of the folds of the ankle boots, re-work the arm blade to be thicker and more deadly looking, create an alternate top for those who have issues with the laces being too fine to print/too brittle to survive, work more detail into the face, and of course completely sculpt and finish the unfortunately ganger getting his heart crushed and his accompanying weapon. I should be able to pick through this list in little bits of my downtime and deliver her for September.
The Discord community is growing and I'm having a blast chatting to you all and seeing what you're working on. The more the merrier, so come and stop by (link your patreon account to discord and you'll be joined automatically).
I'm having such a good time doing this Patreon thing and your support is making it possible. I'm inching ever closer to being independent from the daily grind and it's only thanks to you guys. Should I manage to go full time with this I think I'd be able to offer two models per month, taking the winner and the runner up of the poll. It's a ways off yet, but that's the dream anyway.
Much love to you all!
