Does have 2 peepees, and eventually will contain the famous one, But this was made before that time. the rig is also Kind of Rushed for release, so a lot of work can be done to improve.

So, Nothing. It just happens randomly from blender to blender file. So All you have to do is just Unhide it. In the OverView; There is a Panel that looks like a Funnel, Just open that up and click the little "Monitor" Button. Now this will give you a new option in the overview. So just look for Bowsers object in the Overview and Click the monitor button on it so that it is toggled on.
