Without spoiling anything specific, this episode is filled with HEARTBREAK! I loved this season so much, but I do wish that the story didn't have to wrap up so quickly. Enjoy!

waaay to late but i just watch this soo haha, but one thing on the note of Isha, one of the themes through out the show is topside get funerals, they get to remember their dead, grieve them, but the undercity doesn't, Ekko's tree and Silco being left to sink are the closest the undercity get to funerals. i do wish we had an extra episode, we apparently had an hour of content cut from the finale, (fuck netflix) but as im sure you know now, this isnt the end, its only the end of the Arcane story, we are getting 3 new shows, 2 of which are well into production, one following where Mel is going (her home, Noxus, where those soldiers were from, basically a city that took "the strongest survive" and made it the city motto), and one im VERY excited about set in a place called Demacia, think Witch Trials mixed with the crusades and knights of the round table, its an entire city of anti mage, carved out of a giant petrified tree that nullifies magic, and considering how well they did with Piltover there are some stories and characters that will be amazing as subjects of the show, i cant wait

2025-06-03 13:58:08 +0000 UTCThey made a tie in mini game in League of Legends and it gives a bit of closure on Isha that I think they should’ve found a way to incorporate into episode 9. They show some of what happened between Ekko saving Jinx and when they arrived to save the day. They go to the Firelight tree hideout. She talks about Isha and how much she would’ve liked that place. And they show the mural and talk about how they’re fighting to a better Zaun. I think showing that, or even showing the mural with Isha painted in Jinx style would’ve added a lot of closure to that thread. Which imo was the only thread I didn’t feel satisfied with.

2024-11-27 08:17:19 +0000 UTCSo as for certain character deaths most are up in the air. The only one we can be certain about is Ambessa. Heimerdinger is a Yordle, from what I've seen Yordles have a strange relationship with death and can reincarnate or something. But I think its more likely that he was thrown into a different universe again. Jace and Viktor were probably sent somewhere else. The rune on Jayce's crystal is an acceleration rune used to teleport so who knows where they went. Vander is unfortunately most likely gone, it wouldn't surprise me all that much if Warwick was still around, but with little to no trace Vander left within him. Isha wasn't mentioned but I mean, there's probably only one reson Jinx would consider suicide, so Isha's gone. Jinx however, Ive seen people say there is a shimmer streak leading away from the explosion but I couldn't see it, probably because of the tears in my eyes. After that Cait is looking at the Hexgate schematics and you can see tunnels going to either side by where the explosion was so she probably slipped out there. And the last shot is an airship flying away which is probably a callback to Powder saying "One day I'm gonna fly one of those" in the first episode. So she probably escaped and "broke the cycle" by leaving on an airship.

2024-11-26 20:34:59 +0000 UTCWhat an ending, i didnt know Orianna (the doll at the end with Singed) was created by Singed, i dont think it was mentioned who built her though but i am no lore buff so maybe it is well known among the lore nerds. I am excited to see who they center the next story on, it might be around Noxus since that is were Ambessa is from, maybe we'll get to see their conflict with Demacia, i am a big fan of some champions from Demacia (Lux and Garen are personal favorites of mine). We probably have not see the last of these characters though, the Arcane story might be over but Caitlyn/Vi and the rest will probably show up elsewhere.
