I tried to start this movie about ten years ago and turned it off about two minutes in because I was already too scared... It's so funny to think of that now because this movie isn't scary at all hahaha. I've always been freaked out by the Ghostface mask, so I think I was done with the movie as soon as I saw the mask lol. Ten years later, I gave this movie a chance again, and it was a stupid good time! Enjoy!

2024-10-02 23:06:43 +0000 UTCWhen this came out, every kid at my school was doing the iconic 'Wassup!!' Even though we were all pretty young to actually see the movie that we were all referencing. And every Halloween, everyone wanted to go as Ghostface with the bloody mask. It was pretty hard to get from I what I remember because they were selling out.

Not-so-fun-fact: The Wayans essentially had the series taken from them by Miramax and had nothing to do with the series after the second one (at which point they go downhill fast). I'm so glad that you enjoyed Scary Movie (2000) after ten years and I'm also glad that you've finally cured your Ghostface phobia with this movie. My girlfriend has seen it too and she's recommended it to me, so I must laugh myself silly while chillin' and killin' with Scary Movie.
