2025-09-25 17:26:20 +0000 UTC1. Due to his injuries his real body is extremely weakened compared to how it would have been in his prime. 2. It was explained that One-For-All stores power and gets passed from user to user, so it makes sense that with each generation it's stronger than before. So it's entirely possible that if All-might inheritted the quirk 1 generation later, he might not have been able to use it at 100% straight away from the start either.

Yeah: totally original story you have there XD Regarding why All Might may have had it easier, off the top of my head I can think of 2 possible reasons: 1) It may simply be that All Might was already a somewhat capable fighter even before he received One for All. If I remember correctly; he was older the Midoriya back when he met the previous holder; if he'd already learned to fight without having a Quirk; he'd probably a lot more experienced and stronger than Deku was, so it might've been easier to adapt to having a Quirk because of that. 2) Back during the Sport Festival; Deku had that internal vision of all the previous One for All users, and All Might was there too. All Might described the Quirk as containing the strength of the previous wielders, so maybe it was easier because he only had to deal with power of 7 people, while Dekus having to deal with those 7 people + All Might, so he's having to deal with more raw power and has to be more careful right off the bat. Or maybe it's just don to the fact that All Might is a combat prodigy and Midoriya isn't and there's no deeper explanation; I don't know I'm just spitballing here lol. (That said if the series *does* give us an explanation; I really hope it doesn't go the Naruto route where All Might secretly comes from a pristine heritage that makes him the most perfect One for All user in history; I utterly hate that trope XD)
