(I'm writing this three years later) In case you're wondering which version Addie is watching, then it's the theatrical release. It opens with the Mosasaurus attacking a fishing boat on the Bering Sea.

I'd suggest not starting another one until you've finished off 2 or 3 of the ones you're already currently doing (Matrix, Terminator, Pirates, Rings of Power, and the MCU... though I know the latter will most likely keep you into the new year).

The dinosaur that Owen & Kayla encounter in the ice is a Pyroraptor and the feathered one that Claire hides in the pond from is a Therizinosaurus. The two T-Rexes that Rexy meets are the buck and doe from Isla Sorna (Site B) from The Lost World. There's also an extended version of this movie as well. It adds back 14 minutes of footage featuring more dinosaurs, action, iconic character moments and an alternate opening. Nevertheless, I'm still glad that you enjoyed Dominion.

It's a great conclusion to the Jurassic Park/Jurassic World series. It was great seeing the OG three: Sam Neil, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum back, and their interaction with Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. Have a great day today! 😊

2022-09-26 16:14:16 +0000 UTCHappy Monday, Addie. Jurassic World Dominion is an epic conclusion to the Jurassic franchise. I also enjoyed this movie as well. They brought back the OG trio from the first JP and it's shot in the Univisium 2:1 aspect ratio of the first JW movie. I also liked how they navigated through filming this movie during the pandemic. My girlfriend & I saw it in IMAX and she liked it fine, though she felt it wasn't as good as the previous movies, but she still had a good time seeing it with me, regardless.
