I was able to watch both of them today and can confirm there are no spoilers. The movie was okay but episode 0 was great imo

Also episode 0 (OVA) should be watched as it is canon (everything after the recap that is), though it does recap the climax of the movie so it should be watched after said movie. The movie doesn’t need to be watched as it isn’t canon itself but it is enjoyable. So the watch order would be filler ep 429 -> one piece film: strong world -> strong world episode 0 -> canon episode 430. And if you don’t want to watch the movie, go from ep 429 -> episode 0.
