ONE PIECE EPISODE 391 REACTION!!!

Do not worry, they are not destroying the concept of this world, otherwise with time you will understand the concept more. Yes, twenty kings made World Government 800 years ago, later world government connected almost every country in the world, it’s more than 180 them now. Descendants of those first 20 are Tenryubito, and Five Elders are probably Tenryubitos highest authority. They are their political representatives, therefore they are the top of the world government, the Navy is subordinates them. I agree it’s kinda plot hole that not even one vice admiral attacked us at Ennies Lobby. Any of these Vice Admirals were stronger than Lucci, but Admiral is not a joke, I think you should be at least Yonko to not fear the admirals.

I think that marines are BASICALLY men who sign up to defend the weakest. BUT some of them, like Smoker, end up realizing the corruption that reigns within the World Government. Three solutions are available to them: - Resign. But I'm not sure it's that simple. - Turn a blind eye to corruption. The "simplest" solution. The vast majority of them do it. - Try to change the system from the inside in one way or another and therefore oppose the World Government. It's courageous but it can't be done overnight. Opposing the Tenryuubito is not that simple, even for a pirate, because by opposing them, you also put your loved ones in danger. If Hacchi and Camie are keeping a low profile, it's not for nothing. The Tenryuubito are convinced that they are gods. Superior to the Men below. They live in Marijoa on the Red Line. I also think that if their castle is located there, it's voluntary. Thousands of meters above the world of Men and the island of Fishmen. You have confused Marijoa and the prison. The three notable places of the World Government are Enies Lobby, the prison and the Marine HQ. And of course Marijoa (the Domain of the gods). PS: Franky is 34 years old. The average age of the crew has increased with the arrival of Robin, Franky and Brook lol

This is still nothing compared to what is coming in the next bunch of episodes hahaha. Btw the names of Akainu and Kizaru were actually mentioned by Robin way back in ep 227 when Aokiji first appeared. Edit: Also its so interesting that in the most recent manga One Piece chapter we got probably the biggest lore drop EVER and some new mysteries that are making people go crazy all around the internet with theories and stuff, while you're reaching this arc which is also extremely packed with insane reveals. It's a great time to be a One Piece fan for sure!

Kizaru

Lucky i don’t think anyone is going after chopper and his 50 berries chopper has nothing to worry about 😂

I understand what you meant we're already wanted criminals so punching a world noble isn't going to be anything different. But the point is that an ADMIRAL comes with a whole fleet. Yes, we escaped a buster call with 5 vice admirals, but an admiral is like 10x stronger than any regular vice admiral, and marine HQ is very close so they would be here fast. And remember Aokiji is a logia, so we can't even touch him. There are no obvious tricks like against Crocodile either, Robin snapped him in half and he just turned into ice and rebuilt himself.

I was waiting for a yap session after these eps, but I think you understand most of it. Just to clarify Marie Jois is not Marine HQ, marine HQ is behind them. Marine HQ is one of those in the triangle that connects Enies Lobby, Impel Down, and Marine HQ. Marie Jois is ahead of them on top of the red line where all of the World Nobles live (also called Celestial Dragons or tenryuubito as the subs seem to have it untranslated). While there are probably strong marines there to protect them, it's not where most marines and organizing their forces. The Gorosei (five elders) are also celestial dragons, but they have the highest authority in the World Government. Everyone in the world "has" to obey a celestial dragon in general, but the Gorosei directly give orders to the top marines and admirals and they have great influence.

In my case; it mostly just came down to these being the arcs that made me realise that I genuinely do not care about the story being told. Is it well written? Sure. Objectively it probably is. Do I have any investment in any of the major characters or the overarching plotline? Not in the slightest. And unfortunately this trend became even more exasperated as we got into later and later arcs. I can legitimately count on one hand the amount of characters post RTS that I had a vested interest in seeing their story play out.

The nobles live in the city on top of the red line, Marijeois. The 5 elders are the most important of them and the marines must obey them. Also in Robin flashback the other admirals were named, with Sengoku being the fleet admiral

Can't give you much more detail since, like a lot of things, the show will explain eventually. But to clarify what is explained, the Nobles as it currently stand are Royal Citizens. Being the descendants of the first ever rulers of the World Government, they are technically royalty, but they don't actually take part in the political affairs. That is instead divvied up between the 5 Elders, and the Top Brass of the Marines. Where the Elders came from though? Honestly 1100 chapters into the Manga and we're still not 100% sure. (If anything, recent arcs have actually added even more confusion as to what exactly the deal with the Elders is) Also; yes, you have heard the names of the Admirals before when Robin was introducing the concept back when we first met Aokiji. And you were also right that it was Akainu that was the one from Robins flashback. So Kizaru is the only remaining Admiral that we haven't seen in any shape form or way. Aside from that one dude with the same name in your Patreon comments of course XD

Yeah it's just you 🤣 Not all One Piece arcs are equal, but this is an exceptional work when you take a global view.

Nicholas Kent

Heh, Fair enough. Although to me personally, AL is the beginning of the end of me caring about One Piece, so that is where I personally consider "peak" ending, but I know for a fact that it's probably just me lol

Mike G. M.

I mean Sabaody till RTS yes

Nicholas Kent

Just to be clear for myself; are you talking about up to the AL arc or all the way to the RTS arc? (Acronyms are to avoid spoilers for Lucky lol)

Mike G. M.

You are about to embark on the best One Piece saga!
