2024-10-25 19:49:12 +0000 UTChe's talked about the show before, and it's not more of a spoiler than one piece titles lol. from what i understand, lucky enjoys theorizing about stuff like this. technically, it's a spoiler to know that an anime has more episodes when you think the main character might be in trouble, but super minor stuff like this won't ruin the show for anybody.

I genuinely believe that when the show debuted, a lot of us thought we were going to have another kick at flying around and saving the world. Now knowing that there's never going to be any iteration of this show's universe that will make us feel the things we all felt watching ATLA; we might consider watching it with him again. I'm not trying to convince anyone to change their mind on it but I really do think we mistakenly did ourselves a disservice at that time going into it thinking of it as a sequel. It's fine to not like it, obviously, but it's the HATRED for the show I don't really get? It's nowhere near as good as ATLA, but it's really not supposed to be, considering the intention of it being only 1 season long. I was happy enough to go back into the universe myself; and yeah, it was pretty jarring lol but I really don't understand what the big fuckin deal is now lol

Personally, I think it's more than worth enough to give it at least a shot, but I understand your side and korra > chainsaw man and lucky powered thru chainsaw man so I give him the benefit of the doubt for sticking with it 😭 (sorry csm fans)
