At 14:10 you ask how is robin capable of reviving the existing ancient weapons. The following is not a spoiler. The poneglyphs, that only robin can decipher, hold the information of the locations of said weapons. Meaning that if robin wanted to, she could find the poneglyphs that hold that information and then unleash the weapon upon the world. Remember, this scene takes place 4 years ago, so iceburg hasn’t met robin yet and all he knows of her is that she was associated with the Ohara devils. So it’s perfectly understandable why he thinks the blueprints still need to exist, because if robin were to unleash the weapon upon the world, then there would at least be a countermeasure for such an event. Also, yes, the cover stories are canon. For reference, one of the few cover stories that got animated were the 2 episodes of Koby and Helmeppo where they get picked up and trained by vice admiral Garp at marine headquarters.
