What that person was saying was “that cutie from 20 years ago” , meaning that the picture of robin on the bounty poster is from 20 years ago. Hopefully this helps. Also, happy birthday.

IMO Usopp just feels out of place like you said and feels like the Merry they got at his island is his last meaningful contribution, especially now that they're searching for a shipwright, though I guess his role is technically the sniper of the Straw Hats. I'm surprised Franky can throw hands with Blueno though even if Lucci is on a totally different level

What a load of bullshit... Usopp fought with Luffy because the Merry spoke to him (special bond) AND because he was going through a big inferiority complex (and couldn't find his role in the crew). Quite simply. As for Francky, I love his flashback. It's not the saddest (although it has its dose of drama) but the family dynamic of the Toms Workers is excellent. Then Tom laughed so infectiously! On the other hand, no, dude. Francky has no chance against Lucci. Blueno is just weaker.

It's not a purely deferred sentence that was given to Tom; it was a probationary period with the terms of his sentence being that he must complete the sea train within 10 years time like he claimed he could. Wheather he gets charged with the death penalty or not is now determined by if he can back up his statement and restore Water 7 back to prosperity within that timeframe.

I mean, it's accurate enough; but this is one of those times where I think the official subs do it better; they simply translate Tom as saying "If you're going to do something; do it with resolve" which personally I think is just better and more to the point.
