Fake Geto wanted Gojo physically and mentally exhausted or shook so that he becomes more vulnerable after seeing Geto alive. Nice plan. Gojo was on edge for those 5 minutes while killing transfigured humans. Also to note how dangerous that domain of Gojo's is. 100ms of exposure stunned special grades for about 6 minutes. In a manga short Gege says that if Jogo were to yske the same damage Hanami took against Todo & Yuji he'd be exorcisedn however with Jogo's speed they wouldn't be able to land those hits.

Gojo said that Hanami was much creepier than Jogo (creepier = stronger obviously), so because of this no one is really sure who is stronger. My guess is that Hanami beats Jogo in terms of brain, physical strength and amount of cursed energy. But Hanami would lose against Jogo because nature has a tendency to get fucked by lava.
