I am rewatching with Lucky so I end up remembering some things better like this Utahime thing I mentioned in other ep. I remembered it when she was told to not engage in fight. I also remembered people feeling impressed of Megumi and Geto (in movie) for knowing close combat.

I thought you were doing some research on this show or you’re ahead of us and watched the later episodes or read some mangas. I’m currently watching this with Lucky, so latest thing is this episode, so I need to see something from the Zenin Clan since this show won’t stop whining about how they’re the strongest clan. No they’re not, Saturo clan is definitely the strongest, look at Gojo and Yuta.

These skills belong to Gojo clan and it's been centuries since someone like Gojo came along who has both these skills. Gojo's abilities were hard to understand in this episode. Apparently, people that have watched some real life videos about Infinity get these concepts. I haven't. Did you see Gojo warp here? That was a cool shot. The way I saw that Geto vs Old Man fight is this. People that have strong shikigami abilities (or Geto's technique) are not expected to be good in close combat. We have seen Megumi as an example. Sukuna said "You use Shikigami and still come at me yourself along with your shikigami?" Blood bender guy (Kamo) from other school said similar thing. He was surprised Megumi is good at close combat. So this old guy here saw that Geto's technique is stronger. Plus Geto acted to be nervous to get closer with his demeanor and by stepping back once. This guy got fooled into thinking the regular thing. That Geto must be not good in close combat. Megumi's dad doesn't associate himself as a Zenin anymore. In previous ep he said I don't go by Zenin anymore. I have taken up my wife's name, Fushiguro. This show is ridiculous. Most people are gonna need 2nd watch to get many things cuz I feel half the things could go above the head in 1st watch.
