Hopefully, I will soon. I'm still trying as much as possible to be productive but the meds are really numbing me out
I found this song and it made me break into tears
For some reason it felt like finding hope after hitting rock bottom

If you think or feel like you've hit rock bottom then from here on the only way is back up and I'm sure you'll start on the journey real soon. Talking about these things can be tough as it's often hard to find the words, but know that if/when you're ready I for one will be here to listen and support you anyway I can. 😘🤗 So glad you found a little something in that song to help. Even if it's only for those few minutes it can make a big difference and give you a little something to build on.

I've been in some very dark places and I know how sweet it is when I find that little unexpected thing that finally helps me. Like finding water in a desert or a fire in the winter. I wish I could do more to help you but I'm quite a mess myself, lol. 😭 I hope that you find something that makes you laugh. That usually works for me.
