Your attacks get stronger if you know their name as well. Like how it was explained with Getsuga Tensho back then. Knowing even attack names is important. Renji couldn't use his proper bankai cuz he didn't know its correct name. Yumichika limits his ability by using incorrect name of his shikai as well. Concept here is that if you are nameless, or if your weapon is nameless, it doesn't or can't hold a lot of power. Cutting your limb's name in half means halving their strength. Notice how bankais have longer names as well. Zangetsu (shikai), Tensa Zangetsu (bankai). Senbonzakura vs Senbonzakura Kageyoshi. So in theory if your attacks and bankai names are even longer than usual, it can represent their strength. Like that lady that used her bankai here had a loooong bankai name and even longer attack name.

I will clear some things that you got wrong or missed. That one squad zero lady lost her weight and slimmed up cuz she said in previous cour that it happens when she exhausts her reatsu. So her slimming down was an indication that she is weakened. Fake Aizen consumed his own blood to make his opponent's own blood toxic to them. Anything in excess is toxic to living beings and if blood is in excess, that's toxic too. He reduced his opponent's upper limit of safe levels of blood by manipulating their blood with his technique. So much that either you die of having too much blood, but you also die if you have too little blood. Replenishing with new blood counters these effects. Now he will need to make the new blood toxic but Kirinjin can keep summoning more new blood with his ability. So bad matchup for Fake Aizen. Zero Squad members can't use bankai together. Too powerful. So they limit themselves so that no one of the four can use bankai unless only one of them is alive.

If it wasn't obvious by now, the man absolutely loves poems; he really went "how do I make poetic imagery into a weapon?" Also, other people will totally tell you more; but to put it simply, the entire last two episodes came with some *heavy* revisions to the plot. Not only was the Auswalen altered in a way that's most likely done to fix a couple of plotholes that would otherwise be happening later, but pretty much every scene that took place in the Royal Palace that wasn't Ichibe vs. Yhwach was entirely anime original.
