THIS SMOKER MARINE SEEMS COOL! BUT HE IS AFTER LUFFY, WHICH ISN'T GOOD!!! I LOVE THIS SHOW! IT REALLY LOVES ITS CHARACTERS, BRINGING THEM ALL BACK AND SHOWING US WHERE WHO IS!!! AMAZINGLY WELL DONE!!!

But yeah Lucky, one piece is full of mysteries, even nowadays we still have more questions than answers lmao. Loguetown is a short arc, but very very interesting.

2023-06-20 08:46:51 +0000 UTCThe starting lines of this show actually explain the idea of the Pirate King. (Smoker also says them in this ep) "Wealth, Fame, Power. The man who had acquired everything in this world was Gold Roger, the King of the Pirates." In other words, being the Pirate King means being the person that has the world in their hands. Hence why there has only ever been one, why one doesn't currently exist, and why so many Pirates today want that title. Being the person that has practically conquered the world like Roger did, isn't something that just gets passed down like the Hokage title. Also: Smoker and Tashigi have finally arrived; two of my favorite, if slightly overlooked characters~
