Let them keep coming :D Also from the beginning she was always planned as this character by the author, that’s why he styled her hair like that, it was to hide the scar. Also talking of scars, she gave him his scar on his eye. Oh and do you remember how that Skeleton Arrancar with his execution squad avoided to fight her, he sensed how dangerous she is and chose to retreat lmao. The author teased her true nature left and right, i love this about Clorox and its subtle writing. If one doesn’t pay attention, they can miss out a lot in Clorox.

When the New Head Captain said "the strongest" I'm pretty sure he meant that that group of the Captains was the strongest, NOT that Healer Lady was the strongest. That being said, the Writer was asked why the Old Man looked so much older but not Healer Lady. His answer was that for all of those 1000 years, the Old Man kept training and getting stronger which aged his body, while Healer Lady remained about the same for all that time (it's kinda like how they mentioned early on spirits only have to eat if they have a high enough spiritual power)

Everyone, even Captains as ancient and powerful as Kimono Captain and Sick White Haired Captain are shown to be afraid of her (though this often played off for comedic relief. Remember that one filler episode where they're filming movies and Kenny and Uno butt heads? Kenny backs off from her). 2. Her fake name, Retsu, means "violent" or fierce", hinting at her true nature. 3. In the SS arc, she is the first Captain to notice something is off about Eye-zen's death (even while under complete hypnosis). When she arrives in the Underground Meeting assembly area after Eye-zen waxes Ice Boy, he acknowledges that he thought she would be showing up soon. 4. If you recall Kennys backstory flashback from the SS arc, he tells his lieutenant that he named her after the one person he admires and respects. The First Kenpachi, Unohana Yachiru is that person. 5. Along with Kenny, Mayuri, and Byaku, she was one of the 4 captains Eye-zen sealed in Las Noches. 6. Even from the first databooks, her total combat ability score was 540/600, which is second only to Eye-Zen and the Old Man who both have a total of 560/600. Her special ability was also listed as kenjutsu (sword technique), NOT healing. 7. Last episode when Uno's teacher was smack talking her healing skills, he said something along the lines of "there's something else she needs to be doing" or "healing isn't what you need to be doing right now", and she makes a weird face before the camera cuts to Kimono Captain.

Grimmjow lost his own espada rank for losing his arm, Yama was still no. 1 after losing a hand. Ukitake said previously that "There is still no one that can take his place" I feel losing hand is a BIG BIG nerf btw. Maybe it affects spiritual pressure that one can output. In only one scene in the past, Urahara sealed Aizen's wrists to block his spiritual pressure inside to implode him. According to Urahara, wrists are the only place shinigami can output reatsu from.

The Old Man was always neutral towards them and he never would have pulled such a risky move to have the two Kenpachi face each other. But the new head captain is a gambler, a dirty fighter and he will do what needs to be done to combat an enemy that has plotted for 1000 years. Also because you were talking about Mommy > Yama, I don't think that's the case, while she is incredibly powerful def stronger than Kenny right now, I still think the Old Man was an entirely different beast. Oh and I love Squad 0. Such nice world expansion and the next member that is coming up is one of my fav Bleach character, awesome vibes.

I'm glad you remebered Yachiru's the name of Zaraki lieutenant because names are important in this show and of course it's on purpose that she share the same name as Unohana whom Zaraki respect so much Love Unohana (and Zaraki) so much tho ! Just imagine them going on the battlefield together, they'll slay everyone on their way XD Btw we already knew Yamamoto trained Zaraki, he said it himself when he fought Noitra in the hueco mundo. He said old man Yama tought him how to use his sword and then just use his both hands to swing the damn sword and crush that espada.
