2023-05-12 18:13:43 +0000 UTCSo; similar to what happened on the Naruto anniversary: recently they actually remade some of the starting moment of One Peice with better animation and this was one of the moments they redid. Truth be told though: I actually prefer this one. Something about how little you see Mihawk move compared to how animated Zoro is in this episode just adds to the showing of the difference in power to me. [It's also debatably one of the best dubbed moments of the series: Mihawks English voice in the non-censored dub is perfect]

I love the fact that Hawkeye didnt laugh at luffy's dream but rather smile about it and tell him it is even harder that surpassing him. His view on things are different, this man must have seen a lot on the grandline. Thanks for the reaction tho. This episode is one of my fav episodes in the whole anime. And the introduction of Mihawk, one of the strongest people in the world puts into perspective how big this world is, and what absolute monsters there are in the Grand Line.
