2023-05-09 15:51:13 +0000 UTCFunny story; when OP was first dubbed: there was a *lot* of censoring going on. Mostly to remove any references to blood or death: and that includes Kuina. Heres the thing; the way they "censored" her dying was to rewrite the story to say that an adult student, embarrassed that a girl kept defeating him, ambushed her with a group of his friends and beat her up so badly she was unable to hold a sword ever again. The irony of it all is that a lot of people, myself included, consider that version the more tragic telling of the story. [Honestly: since I was exposed to the censored version first, when I got to this episode uncensored my reaction was "Oh? She just dies? Well that's lame...." Theres only one other bit of censoring that I think actually improved the series; but we'll get to that a bit later lol]
