I just finished watching this episode and I’m going to continue watch the next episodes after this although I just started watching two days ago but this anime is great. I’m with you to suspect annie is the female titan, first it’s resemble annie in term of the hair as well as the eyes have the same color as annie, second as you mentioned she is the only one from the main characters didn’t join the survey corps and third if you remember when that guy died I believe his name is Marco they show Annie saying “I’m sorry” multiple times with sadness in her face maybe because she felt some guilty in her or something. Anyway I can’t wait I will go to watch the next episode.
