Well technically there is a slight difference between chidori and the lightning blade. Basically the lightning blade is a stronger version of the chidori which uses more chakra than an average chidori. Kakashi's chidori earned the lightning blade name when he used it to cut a bolt of lightning in half. ALSO, I won't say that the 3rd Raikage was the only one who could went up against a tailed beast unarmed. It was mentioned during the time when yamato was introduced that the 1st hokage had control over all tailed beasts. Plus during kushina's backstory we saw how madara/tobi controlled the 9 tails with his sharingan. So that piece of information is a bit biased I think. I guess he was just hyping up the moment by saying that.

Iβm from Brazil and Iβve been following Naruto since it launched here in 2006/2007, since then Iβve revised the cannon part of the anime several times, this year I decided to watch the filler part that I donβt remember at all or really skipped at the time of the release, and I'm loving it. It's good to see "new" things from a universe that you love, right? And although I am very excited to see your reaction to the next cannon arc, I will definitely stay with you and see your reactions to the filler arc because I love your reactions and that is why I am here on Patreon :)
