So it's 2019.

We didn't do much in the way of extra stuff last year, beyond the 2 monsters every month, which is kind of a shame. Hopefully that will change in 2019! We have a few different ideas we are mulling over and considering, so I thought I might fill you in.

We did some thinking about Dungeon Full of Monsters, now that it's been a year, and we've been considering ways to do more with it. I just sent everyone a DriveThruRPG comp coupon for the pdf, for those of you who do not have it already (with the current Patreon UX, it looks like next time I'll have to create a coupon and message everybody instead), so lemme know if you didn't get it. The outside encounters I have been posting recently are a new thing for it. I will post more developments over the next couple of months.

We also did some thinking about more Labyrinth Lord books, but I don't want to do another dungeon-oriented one. We have a lot of monsters that live outside, and they should be collected in wilderness-oriented books. So I presented Nathan with a few different proposals and he thought we should proceed with the Island Full of Monsters, which is probably not it's final name but you never know.

The Company of Monsters has kind of been stalled for a while. I want to get more work done on that this year, but the above projects are currently higher priority.

We also have plans to look at the monster tarot deck again. The reason this one isn't finished yet is that we didn't have enough images that we both agreed were right to complete the whole set. But Nathan has been creating monsters with an eye towards filling out the tarot ever since I prototyped it, so we should have enough of them fairly soon.
