During the playtest, they removed the Small Creature - Heavy Weapon Disparity Rule, and added a rule where in order to wield a heavy weapon regardless of size you needed to be a Strength 13 for Melee Weapons and Dexterity 13 for Ranged Weapons, otherwise Disadvantage on Attack Rolls with it. Did they bring that rule over to the new book?
