Is it deliberate that you toned down the scale a bit or just a coincidence? On the contrary, an ability score increase was always awarded 20 points for racial options while you now add a few extra points for versatility to award feats that offer multiple options. Are the metrics supposed to be of a comparable scale across the two series despite fine-tuning them for this new series? If that's the case, I find it very interesting that you awarded Custom Lineage and Variant Human 125 points for their Feat trait alone. Do you believe that number should be reduced to 80 points to match the maximum number of points one could get from choosing the best possible feat (Crossbow Expert)? That would imply B-tier rather than S-tier for Custom Lineage and Variant Human (a total of 70 and 65 points respectively due to the penalty from a smaller bonus to ability scores than any other racial option). Regarding Custom Lineage as the strongest racial option might be a huge misconception due to certain feats being more interesting to build a character concept around than a lot of racial traits that are passive like higher ability scores, damage resistances, and advantage on saving throws against magic? Bugbear and races with flight are exceptions to that, but those options are often banned.
