TCD ENB my personally customized preset
Added 2023-08-15 19:31:55 +0000 UTCmy personally customized ENB preset, it is still not perfected and there might be some bugs or glitches. it is made with enhancing my TCD tattoos in mind and make them pop.
link for enb d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e files, copy them to your fallout 4 folder with contents from "TCDenb" folder
