Eclipse Towers [demo3] 28.06.2020 ($5+)

Attention: the following builds of the card will be different, all apartments will change their position, because I will begin to build the Eclipse Towers building itself, its surrounding space and the illusion of the city for the view from the window.

Do not hold evil, but only thanks to subscribers from $5 this project is still alive. I have a very bad money situation. I expected that there will be more subscribers, but in the near future I will have to look for work and time will become even less. I need at least $ 250 per month (at the current ruble exchange rate) to survive.

Subscribers of $ 1 almost do not generate income, because Patreon itself takes 8%, and then PayPal simply exposes its dollar rate insolently, which is convenient for them and I lose even more. Those. from $ 1 almost nothing remains.

As it turned out, SFM now opens Gmod maps without any problems. Therefore, in the archive you will find only one map. It is compatible with both games. But due to some differences in the games, you will have to put in replacement some resources, which I carefully left in the "_unique_resources" folder.  

You can change the skybox texture to any. Use the sv_skyname ( sv_skyname sky_halloween  for example) command in Source Filmmaker. For Garry's Mod, Sky Paint is supported.  

A huge request not to spread this map anywhere. The project is still in development and it’s also in your interests, you pay money for it, and someone gets it for free.

I allow it to be used in your posters and movies SFM / Gmod. Preferably indicating the author of the map =) I need new subscribers.
