I have been wanting to watch this documentary for a HOT minute now and I couldn't resist any longer!
I was definitely in the mood to dive back into the member's solo endeavours and I am so glad I did that tonight - my heart feels so full after seeing Jimin reach out to his members for help and guidance through this album process.
I always say that I wish I could just be a fly on the wall while the members create their music and this documentary gave me that opportunity in every way. I love that nothing felt forced, there wasn't an overkill of interviews or flashy effects. It was a few cameras and some raw footage just chopped up for our viewing pleasure.
I finally know who PDOGG is and WOW I am blown away by that man's talent - he really has an ear for incredible music while also keeping the songs very personal to the artist he is working with. BIG standing ovation for him and his hard work!! Him, Jimin and a few others were a DREAM team in creating this album.
I now have a whole new appreciation for it as a whole. YAY JIMIN!!
I can't wait to watch more movies and documentaries with you in the future, I love you!!

All the details and how he wanted to add effect to the songs to tell the story. He's so good at melodies (like the fridge he came up with in Disease). Man is one well-round artist. Mad respect.

Hard to believe this man gets so much hate on social media for basically just existing. ๐ Another absolute must see was "[SUB] BTS JIMIN 'FACE' LIVE (29.03.2023) | JIMIN WEVERSE LIVE" from the YT channel BTS Live. It's an hour and 30 minutes of cuteness overload where Jimin explains FACE during a Weverse Live Special. Keep up the great job Peachy. ๐ฅฐ๐

Face is such a personal album and he was so involved in every part of making it. to be very clear, I mean no shade to the other vocal members AT ALL for choosing instead of writing their songs, but I think this right here is what makes Jimin's solo stuff hit different for me. he was way out of his comfort zone doing this, but he really gave it his all ๐ฅบ (obviously rapline has been doing it for years--I'm always so proud of them too! no disrespect to them either, just have to be clear lol) and it's so cool to see pdogg in action. He's been with the boys since the very beginning and he's built up so much trust with them. I feel like that's a big part of the reason Jimin was able to make himself so vulnerable and do this. pdogg loveee ๐ฅฐ

It is really different from the other members' documentaries since it shows more and in detail the whole process of production and composition of every song. I really love Face but after watching this, I feel like I got to appreciate this album so much more. I knew Jimin participated a lot, but i was surprised and so proud to see how many of his ideas stayed in the final version! As expected he's the king of coming up with great melodies. ๐ฅ๐ (Jimin is known for his melodies in BTS too, actually he came up with some ICONIC in minutes ๐)

Itโs so cool to see him improvising and suddenly have that lightning strike moment when he finds something! I lowkey wish they decided to keep โletterโ instead of using a different english title of โDear.ARMYโ - the korean title pyonji literally means Letter and it feels better to me, but either way itโs a beautiful song. I hope we do get a jikook live performance one day. Also, did you know that besides his talent and being everywhere on credits, we also have pdogg to thank for the literal existence of BTS? In like 2009, he came across Namjoonโs underground work and went to show his friend Bang PD, who was so blown away that he invited Namjoon to audition, signed him on the spot, and created BTS around him. I donโt even want to imagine if PDogg hadnโt come across that video or had decided not to show it to his friendโฆ that parallel universe is so much sadder!
