I had so much fun watching the members do karaoke with James Corden and each other! They all looked so happy and comfortable and the jokes they were cracking were SENDING MEEEE. 🤣 Jin saying “I don’t know what he said so let’s just laugh” BYE
The BTS boys were also ALL looking so damn fine they were taking my BREATH AWAY. Honourable mention: J HOPEEEEE!
All in all, this was so fun to watch and I’d love to know what other fun interviews I could check out with them!

For ON the song you mentioned a couple of times - here is my list of my fave ON related content: Watch ON Kinetic Manifesto Film. There’s an official MV for ON too but if you only plan on watching one I’d always pick ON Kinetic Manifesto. Afterwards you should watch BTS perform ON at the Grand Central Station in NY for the Jimmy Fallon show. BTS are super impressive in the ON Kinetic Manifesto. Then they’ll absolutely blow your mind when they reproduce it live for Jimmy Fallon; proving that it wasn’t multiple takes or clever editing - they are just that good. The Dance Practice as well for ON is well worth watching. If after this you still want more ON, I’d recommend watching them perform ON at the 2020 MAMAs (still brilliant even though they are minus Suga - this was when he was recuperating after shoulder surgery)

2024-12-11 03:40:24 +0000 UTCpeachy i think it'd be really shocking for you if you were to watch a yoongi dance compilation or a fancam comp! i know it's said that yoongi doesn't like to dance (and that very well could have been true in the beginning) but he's such a good dancer and really shines on stage! he even released a dance practice for haegeum (which didn't initally have a choreo) and did many tiktok challenges with other members/idols too! that would also be a really good watch :) yoongi also talks about dance a bit in his suchwita episode with j-hope that hopefully you can check out soon!

They also did a Jimmy Fallon special during this time that was based around the NYC subway system. They made sandwiches at a famous deli and performed ON in Grand Central Station- you definitely HAVE to watch the episode once you know the song 💜

He said he really liked it since it was the first nickname the fans gave him. I’m sure he might’ve felt embarrassed back then but I’ve seen the members refer to him as manggaetteok and even he does it too at times so I think he’s definitely embraced it.

Like the man built his whole career on BTS and then threw them under the bus in a very big, loud way. He's just not someone ARMYs should be engaging with anymore, in my opinion.

He really brought a lot of energy and joy and swag. OH! And since you mentioned you like Cardi B, after this aired, she posted a meme on Twitter (the Squidward pan-handling meme) and said "me, after Joon and Hobi left me jobless." She was praising them for their rapping on the Finesse cover. And they've met before but her using Joon and Hobi really left everyone thinking Cardi has some ARMY cred. haha

I know people wish you would react to things in order, or more methodically, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but I really like that you follow your own vibes and whatever interests you in that moment. It keeps your content fresh because I never know what to expect and I feel like you’re enjoying being able to just go with the flow. Every Army goes on their own journey of discovering BTS, and I’m here for YOUR journey, not what everyone else thinks it should be. But you do what works best for you! I just hope you enjoy yourself.

I was subscribed to Corden’s channel at the time and those vids kept getting recommended to me. I loved them so much and found myself coming back to the videos over and over throughout February and March 2020. By the time lockdown started I was diving headfirst into the BTS rabbithole. And I’ve been obsessed with them ever since. Anyway I’m glad you got to watch this Peachy! It was responsible for creating a lot of ARMYs 😄

I have no idea how he feels about it by the point in this video or now. I feel like in some footage, Jimin has said that he has learned to love himself as he is now, so maybe has settled that internal conflict?

I mean, in Japan/Korea, it's used to describe people who are cute and cuddly, and implies they have squishable chubby cheeks. It's meant to have positive connotations but I mean... we all know about Jimin's issues with weight, his self-perception of being the "fat member" and basically starving himself to oblivion for a few years around wings era. I wonder if being called "mochi" would be triggering, or if he was fully over it by 2020 🤷🏼♀️

You reacted to it live when you watched the Permission to dance concert. I think this is another reason why in the future when you watch concerts it’s best to make sure you’ve heard and watched the music videos they’ll be performing beforehand so you can remember and appreciate how amazing their live performances are. I hadn’t even realised that you hadn’t reacted to ON yet. since it’s such a staple song. I know you mentioned before about getting more organised with your posts and I think maybe that’s something you could implement in the new year and you could even put up Polls so we can help you navigate this journey a little better and that way we can comment suggestions and advice in that particular comment section so you’re able to organise our suggestions better since they’d be in one place and so our comments are being seen and not getting lost in the multiple videos. There’s been a lot of compilation videos (which I love) and tv shows/documentaries (which I really love and pay for) but I think continuing the chronological album reviews and getting back on track with that is a good idea and statistically there is an imbalance of particular members which happens even when you’re OT7, especially when you’re a baby army and falling in love with your Bias’ (so completely understand, you’re currently my Bias reactor so I’m barely watching other patrons 😂) so maybe getting a system in place for 2025 would be good Suggestions: - maybe an album review per week - then posting live performances of 2-3 songs you liked the most from that album - and then the concert of that album each month (2-3 albums usually make up the set list from a concert) - then maybe a compilation video of a different member each day (7 members, 7 days haha) - And then maybe an episode or 2 of a docu series a week. (Also my brain can’t handle the fact that you haven’t completed the behind the scenes for in the soop S1 and haven’t started the behind the scenes of S2, or watched the BU explanation yet 😭) all just suggestions for you 💜
