Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Kentucky (somewhat) all currently allow registration of kei trucks (over 25 years for street use). Those are all states you could easily drive over state lines into Ohio with a kei truckor van that's legan in its home state. Will be interesting how tickets play out for that if a cop pulls one over.

2025-07-17 17:03:37 +0000 UTCIt's not that Ohio is trying, a recent bill passed by the Ohio General Assembly revised the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) to clarify the code, essentially banninG what are described at "mini-trucks" - part (A) of ORC 4511.214: Except as provided in this section and section 4511.215 of the Revised Code, no person shall operate a mini-truck within this state." It only impacts trucks and vans per the ORC descriptive process. SIGN THE PETITION PLEASE.
