The Breeder Queen looks quite disappointed... perhaps something (or someone) wasn't up to her royal expectations? Whatever happened, it looks like she's determined to get what she wants :O

It's not everyday that you see a lady saying "I'm not pregnant yet?" She'll get her babies soon enough. But the question remains: who's the one that disappointed her to begin with?
