No... its an other way to say "in shape" or "thin". To much extra is bad on your joint, heart and respiratory system. I could tell you to ask my dad, but he is no longer with us because he needed to become more... "inferior" to keep his life. But he didn't what to hear it and pasted a 57... not that old. he should have been dead at 55 but after the bleed in hes head. He spent the next two year in a bed regretting his mistake. The second one finished him off.
