This is a tough choice. I love the Gentleman it so good but had to vote for LA Confidential. Both are a great watch.

Anyway, I can bide my time waiting for the Oceans Trilogy, which starts with Ocean's Eleven(2001), also Smokin Aces(2006), The French Connection(1971), Dead Presidents(1995), and Traffic(2000). It's fine. I'm a patient guy.

2026-02-04 00:29:24 +0000 UTCMy movie's going to come in a hard last place. I won't complain about losing. "L.A. Confidential" is great. So is "Carlito's Way". I'd be very happy to see either come in first. I don't recall seeing "The Gentlemen". The only reason I'm voting for "State of Grace" is because it's a mostly forgotten very good movie. Since it was never a big hit like the other two, most people haven't seen it (which is why it will come in a hard last). Not saying it's better than some other movies on this list, but it's an underrated movie that's worth seeing for Gary Oldman's performance alone.
