1. A war has been raging between the people of Lilliput and Brobdingnag. While the latter are far superior in strength and size, their enemies should not be underestimated. When the Brobs are about to celebrate an assured victory, they suddenly begin dying from a synthetic virus with no apparent cure. With the number of dead rising rapidly on both sides, their leaders organize a peace meeting to try to end the war.
2. Being small isn’t always a weakness. The ability to gather intelligence so easily is almost unfair. In a time when Lilli espionage is at an all time high, one spy is given a highly classified mission involving assassinating a Brob. Can the speck manage to take down someone thousands of times their size? More importantly, who is this target they’ve been ordered to take care of?
3. Life as a Brob can be difficult. When you use so much in your daily life, living costs can be pretty high. When the government introduces an irreversible process that can reduce anyone to Lilli size, one poor Brob seriously considers it. Why not? Life as a Lilli is incredibly cheap! Surely the adjustment won’t be that hard…
4. Over a century before the events of MG, the world was a very different place. The Brobs and Lillis had only just met, but tensions were already high. Rumors of a Brob invasion spread unease through Lilliput. Talk of racial supremacy caused the public to resent each other. There was a need for something to bring people together. One genetic researcher decides to prove the genetic link between the races while employed by Brobs to prove the exact opposite.
