Last week's poll winner was Fight Club! Sounds like a lot of you really love this movie, so we're stoked to see it!
For this week we wanted to focus our poll on Val Kilmer, as he very sadly passed away this month. Jordan and I have both seen the first Top Gun movie, so we already love him ❤️ And we'd be very excited to see him in more movies! We know these 4 are only the beginning when it comes to Val Kilmer movies, so we'll definitely have some of his other films on future polls too!

All of these movies are scheduled to be coming out right after Dune! We have to record a bit in advance, just because we have a little one and if he gets sick, then we can still have content for you all!

2025-04-10 04:59:30 +0000 UTCI have to go with Heat. When people say that the opening scene of The Dark Knight was "inspired by Michael Mann", they're talking about Heat. It's an epic crime saga that should be seen by everyone for the technical accomplishment of the acting, the cinematography, the sound (the sound! -- there's actually a story behind the live fire shots). And you can't go wrong with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro sitting across from each other -- that scene is iconic and subversive in all the right ways. Your analytical minds would eat it up. It doesn't look like it'll win, but it should surely be on your list for a future watch.

2025-04-09 02:44:10 +0000 UTCAll these movies would be great. Batman Forever may be silly as hell but I was 11 when it came out so what can I say? You better believe I used all my lunch money collecting all four Mugs with the characters from McDonalds. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

2025-04-08 23:49:56 +0000 UTCWow...I don't believe that everyone in the comments is sleeping on Real Genius....and btw...We have been voting on movie polls for a long time now and yet to see you guys post any of the reactions to theses movies....still waiting for RoboCop, The Goonies, Schindler's List, Fight Club, and The Bourne Identity....and now Tombstone. You both should actually watch these movies before putting out another poll.
