I'm on a short "fall break" (whatever the hell that means) so I don't have classes for a whole Two Days. Gonna try and finish this one up. The timeline is done, now it's time to go back and finish up timings, transitions, and probably add some audios from documentaries to really give it that umph that I'm looking for.

I really meant to get more work done on this one over the past week. But this first week of school turned out to be a lot more demanding than usual. Sorry about that. This time, for realsies, I'll have it out before the end of this week. TRUST.

I'm also making the transition to HD/modern footage after the final cut at the end of this preview, foreshadowed by the change in aspect ratio.

I've started work on the next edit. Since the last couple projects have all been chosen by patrons, I forgot that I actually get to choose something to work on.

So the next one is gonna be all about spy vehicles/satellites. To the tune of GIRLS ON FILM by Duran Duran.

Apologies for the lack of updates on here. I got back from vacation and then got totally lazy with working on the edit, and I didn't really wanna post anything until I made enough progress.

I changed the intro to something with a little more umph, I think it fits better. It's coming along nicely as per usual, hopefully gonna make the switch to HD footage soon.

I've been pretty slow going on starting the next edit (mostly out of laziness), but I've been able to work on it here and there so I could at least have something to show you guys before I go on vacation next week.

It's very, very basic right now and is missing quite a lot of course, but I think this gives a pretty good idea of the feel I want the rest of the edit to have. I'm aiming to include submarines and the few stealth ships that the US has made as well in this, so...

I'm back home in California. I somehow passed all my classes for this semester and have been working a little bit everyday on this project. I thought I'd run out of footage or things to include, but apparently the DOD has funded a LOT of little robots here and there.

The thing's almost done (and I also forgot to crop the end of the music so the preview goes on longer than it needs to but oh well), and I know exactly what finishing touches I need to add once the timelin...

I've got finals coming up once again so I figured I'd try and work on this one as much as I can before things really start to ramp up. Running out of most of the airborne drones soon, so I'll be switching it up to some other more funky little robots as the edit progresses.

Sup fellers,
Starting up the new one strong, I feel. I love this song with all my heart and I'm quite excited to gather way too much footage of these stupid drones. I don't think I'll include much strike footage, since YT doesnt like it all too much, but we'll see what I can get away with.

Definitely gonna include a lot of prototypes, and all those little handheld/launched drones that the Army loves to field. And yes, it's all gonna be AMERICAN drones.

Just FYI

If you're a Patron, don't hesitate to reach out if you want a specific video file. I THINK the oldest one I have on hand is the stupid Raytheon video. If ya just ask, I'll kindly send over the MP4 through Google Drive.
