The Fly is much more than you'd expect from the short synopsis you usually get with it. It has real emotional weight and Mr. Goldblum is fantastic! I hope you see it someday.

The Lost Boys is my favorite and a great representation of 80's culture. Aliens is probably the best made film of the poll. The Fog is another uniquely Carpenter made movie, which is dependent on how you feel about his style.
