[GOOEYCANDY] TIERS CHANGING! (Please Read! Important!)

Hey everyone! Thanks so much for your support, as always! Today I want to talk about a change to my Patreon tiers, that will be implemented November 1st!

What's Changing?

So, after a lot of self reflection, and your amazing support, I've decided to create art as a full-time career! To do this, I want to feel financially secure, and that security comes from you, my lovely patrons!!

To justify art as a full time career, I've decided to merge the $3 and $8 tiers into a single $5 tier. This single tier will have all perks of both tiers!

I understand raising the minimum tier price may be too pricey for some, and if that's the case I completely understand! As always, I will continue to post free content on my Twitter! 

For those who do want to continue being a patron, here are the tier rewards and ADDITIONAL rewards to help make the transition easier!!

What Will the New $5 Tier's Rewards Be?

The new tier will have the following rewards:

• Monthly Patreon-Exclusive Illustration + All Past Month's Exclusives!
• "Hands-On! Strip & Feel" Game Access (character rotates monthly)
• Monthly Suggestion Box to suggest your favorite characters!
• Monthly Content Poll to decide which character stars in the Monthly piece!
• Sketches, WIPs, Lineart & Progress Videos
• Occasional Animations!
• First to hear when commissions are open! + $10 off commissions!
• BoyTalk Posts to suggest scenarios, pairings, alt pieces, etc.
• Updates & Info on upcoming projects/games!
• Beta Test Games before release!
• Organized Gallery/Early Access to New Art!

That's a lot of bang for just 5 bucks a month!!

Additional Rewards for Changing Your Tier!!

If you are a patron of the new tier when November begins, I'll be giving thanks with these additional rewards!

How Do I Change My Tier?

The New Tier is already open, however, do not switch until you read the information below:

If you are switching from the $3 tier, I highly recommend waiting until November 1st to do so, because if not, you will be charged the additional $2 for this month.

If you are switching from the $8 tier, you can do so right now with no problems!

Here are the steps for adjusting your tier:

1. Go to this link and choose "Cancel or Edit Membership". 

2. Then click "select a different tier", and choose 'join' on the $5 "HARD CANDY" tier.

3. Follow Patreon's instructions from there!

The $3 and $8 tiers will cease to exist in early November. At that time if you are still in the $3 or $8 tier, you will be listed as "No Tier" and will not have access to posts, so please be sure to switch ASAP once November begins. I will reach out with reminder posts and messages just in case!

If you do NOT wish to continue being a patron, be sure to end your subscription by the 31st, so you aren't charged for next month.

If you have any questions/concerns please let me know, and I hope you understand that making this change will allow me to create more art much more often! 

If you've been with me since the beginning, you'll know I've hopped around a lot trying to figure out the proper way to go about Patreon tiers, and I truly think I've got it right this time!

tldr: The $3 and $8 tiers are combining to a single $5 tier with all benefits, and some reward incentives to help you make the switch! $8 can change tiers now with no downside, $3 tier should wait until November 1st so they aren't charged an additional $2 for this month. Thanks!
