Thank you all for supporting me for another month on here! Here is early access to my next YouTube video which should be made public tomorrow evening (so long as the YouTube copyright system plays ball - Vimeo is far more forgiving...)
I hope you all really enjoy this one, this album is an all-time favourite of mine so getting to talk about it was a real joy. I may have to make an actual album review video at some point.
Later this week I'll be making a post on here asking for your questions for a Patreon-exclusive Q&A as it's been a long time since we did one! Finally feeling productive again after a bit of a slog so look forward to more content soon.

Personally I just look at what other peers are saying before looking at something! Typically I find critics of games, movies, music to be kinda harsh…and I just wanna enjoy myself and have fun with things. I’m not really concerned about how many “plot holes” a movie has when it’s just for fun…unless it’s really really bad of course 😂this breakdown was really interesting to see. Makes you think how many other albums have been affected like this!

2021-12-01 11:52:51 +0000 UTCu brought up a great point with how albums can take time to grow on you. it's a big reasn about why i'm weary of music reviewers (apart from the fact that music is so subjective). the family jewels by marina is one of my favorite albums ever and it took me 2 whole years to be in a mindeset that i could fully appreciate it.
