For some forsaken reason I've only played this today. And I like the premises so far! It's too short for me to really give any detailed feedback, but I'll say that while it didn't fit the idea I had started forming in my head about my MC, I really like the fact you included the option for the MC to have changed their name earlier in their life, without it automatically meaning they are trans. There is nothing wrong with that obviously, but I find it strange that people assume this is the only reason one may have to change their name / not feel comfortable with their birth name.
