UPDATE ON THE PATREON SITUATION
Added 2024-12-31 16:36:02 +0000 UTCBig shoutout to Patron Weesh for bringing this to my attention. I know some of you really want to support the show, but can’t/don’t want to pay for a subscription to the new website. So let me give you an update on the Patreon situation.
Everything will stay exactly the same for now. You can still keep up whatever per episode contribution you want, with whatever monthly limit you want.
In November 2025, Patreon will force us to go to a monthly subscription. In other words, you’ll no longer be able to give a per episode contribution. There will only be a flat monthly price.
When that happens, I’ll try to figure out an appropriate monthly rate, something less than the basic plan on the website, but that factors in the cut that Patreon will take (I believe it’s 30% but I’ll have to double check). This should create a good option for those of you who don’t want to subscribe to the website.
Whatever you decide to do, I just want you all to know how much I appreciate the support you’ve given me and the shows over the years. We wouldn’t have made it to today without your support, so I am internally gratefully to you.

2024-12-31 21:12:19 +0000 UTCAs the Patreon change gets closer, I hope you have a similar low monthly option on a service such as KoFi (or whatever works best) for those of us who just want to tip our hat to you once a month in a small ongoing way, without any expectation of perks whatsoever. I rarely watch or interact on Patreon now, but I still give a couple bucks to it monthly as a thanks for all the YouTube / Rumble content you've given us. I am unlikely to join the website or the new Patreon subscription, but if you have another donation option I'll be sure to tip that once in a while. Thanks again, & Happy New Year!

People like me are not all that aware of the details, because, while we love and support you, a million other things call for our attention and limited memories. SO: NEVER SEND AN EMAIL THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE A LINK TO THE NEW WEB SITE!!! Just make that a .sig at the bottom of every message. When I got this message, I thought, "I'll go sign up on the web site. Oh, wait, what web site? I wish the web site was in this message." So, yeah, add the web site.
