Early last summer, Zzy and her friends Ophelia Darkly and Shilo von Porcelaine paid me a visit from Chicago to do a few shoots for Zivity.com and a magazine spread for Tenebrous Magazine.

I was between roommates at the time, so one of the bedrooms--the one with all the beautiful natural light, natch--was empty and made for a perfect shooting space.

The three friends were a fun, giggly bunch, excited to be shooting with a photographer they had admired "since high school".

Ouch. I felt old.

Zzy was up first, her beautifully pale skin and bright red hair were paired with a pale pink lingerie set--a perfect match against the white walls and wood flooring. We shot a quick first set, then she stripped down to nothing but an amazing pair of spiked boots.

I had black rabbit mask leftover from a music video shoot for Lacey Conner that I handed over for her to wear. Of all the different sets we shot that day, the rabbit mask shots were my absolute fave.

Technical Details: Shot with a Canon 7D with a 50mm 1.4 and 85mm 1.8 lenses. Lit with natural daylight.
