Tier 3 bug
Added 2023-02-01 20:45:28 +0000 UTCI wanted to let you know that Tier 3 currently is bugged, it let people join the tier although all slots (9 slots) are claimed. I will contact support about it. I am sorry about that.

Oh forks, I saw there was an open slot and took it, my bad! Hopefully that's something that can be fixed.
