Lost in the Layers

Part one for the time being, like the last few multi-parters, I'm thinking I'll update this one as I go all within the same page/story rather than chop it up. I have, for now, two more scenarios in mind for this set up, each of which may not individually be enough to make up a full part, and doing it this way gets more content out to you all faster.
The remaining scenarios and (probably) another story will be the main content for September, as I rest from drawn art a bit after PtP ch3.
Further comments (9/23): I have a vague idea for one more scenario past this, but let me know if this is starting to overstay its welcome or not. What's already here is I think good enough for September's content (already a bit longer than "Detour" in wordcount, though with arguably less substantial), so if people do still want more [layers], I can look into writing the next scene after Suitober, or I'm decently satisfied in just calling this story to a close here, too. I can also split off the remaining ideas into a new, related or unrelated story as another option.

While layers are exciting, I find the prospect of *what* you do with the layers more exciting. Like in Secret Threesome where you can fish two layers down, putting the dynamics of the layers to use is worth more attention in my opinion.
