July was a bad month; Pausing Billing for August

The last two months have been some of the worst months in my entire life and while I managed to limp through last month for some content, I barely got through one (admittedly big) commission this month and with only a little over a week left, things are on track to get worse before better for me.

I scrounged up a [mostly] unpublished short to post for this month so that I posted something, as I stated in that post. The bottom line, however, is unfortunately:

I'm sorry, but I do not have it in me to make anything else this month.

In addition, thanks to the incredible support of some very generous friends and patrons, I can afford to pause billing for the upcoming cycle. I just... I just need some time to recover. If I happen to make anything, it'll be shared to patrons first for no extra charge. As bad as this month has been, once the month rolls over, things will settle down and I can start rebuilding some normalcy.

The billing pause will go into effect July 29th so that billing resumes normally going into September.
