Regarding my recent suspension.
Added 2018-07-01 05:24:17 +0000 UTCIt seems that some of my content may have been too intense, emotionally and thematically, for Patreon's standards, and that is neither my nor their fault. As a distribution platform, Patreon can and should monitor the content that is published through it to prevent the disbursal of materials that spur or encourage irresponsible or harmful behavior.
I have faith that none of my patrons would be swayed by my writings to attempt to emulate the behavior of morally unstable or questionably motivated fictional characters. I believe that my readers understand that the existence of such characters in my writing serve not as positive role models, but as vicarious outlets or cautionary tales. Ultimately, I think that, as I cater to a niche fetish within a niche fetish, it is easy for outside observers to misinterpret the context of my stories and assume the worse.
While what I am able to safely share directly through Patreon will be more limited moving forward, I want to assure my patrons that I do not intend to compromise the quality or nature of my stories. I will however be reevaluating how I deliver my stories to you, my patrons. Content that may not be suitable for this platform will be made available through other means, and may require a bit of extra effort on your part as a result.
For the time being, content that has been removed from this page is still available between my Deviant Art (lheriss.deviantart.com/) and the google drive folders that I have shared through my discord.
I apologize again for any inconvenience the temporary closure may have caused and hoped that everyone will look forward to the new content I have planned for this coming month.
